New Parking Restrictions in Force at Basepoint:

Please note that International Workplace Group have implemented new parking restrictions at all Basepoint sites.

Basepoint have negotiated free 60 mins for Studio 41 Customers.

If you are staying for longer than one short class, it may be advisable to park on the roads surrounding Basepoint to avoid charges.

If you wish to park longer than 60 mins within the Basepoint car park, please scan the QR code available on the parking signs or within Studio 41 just before your free 60 mins expires.
Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching Sessions:

Timings: Private sessions for personal training and nutrition coaching are 45 minutes. Longer sessions can be negotiated with your coach.

Payments: Private sessions are available on a pay as you go basis, or, for a discounted rate in bundles of 5 or 10 sessions.

Discounts for bundles of sessions apply only when the full fee is settled upfront.

These sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Illness: If you are unwell with a virus, stomach bug or temperature, please inform your coach as your session will need to be rescheduled.​

Please inform the trainer before your session if you are feeling unwell, as you may be turned away if you arrive at the session during an illness.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session due to other commitments, 24 hours notice is required. (This does not apply in the case of genuine illness.)

Notice with less than 24 hours notice will incur full payment.

If your coach cancels your session at any time, no fee will be incurred by you, but an alternative session will be offered.​

Lateness Policy:

​If you are late for a session, the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time.

If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions, to be agreed on the day.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the trainer may leave the premises and the appointment may be forfeited.

Monthly Memberships for Unlimited Access to Classes:

Once you have completed a class readiness session to learn our methods, members may participate in as many classes on the timetable for the set membership fee.

This does not apply to Tai Chi, but if you would prefer a one to one before participating, you can book a private session with Marie Behenna. Private Tai Chi sessions will incur an additional fee.

Arrival and Lateness Policy When Attending Classes:

In the case that a personal training session or another class is still on when you arrive, please wait outside the studio or in your car.​

If you arrive more than 5 mins late for a class, we reserve the right to turn you away for health and safety reasons
Cancelling Memberships:

While there is no joining fee, a cancellation notice period is in operation. Please give one month's notice 30 days before you wish your membership to end with us. If you cancel mid way through a month, 30 days still applies and your final payment will be pro-rata.

Refunds are not issued on membership fees.
Course Bookings and Course Fees:
When you book onto any short-term course, you agree to reserve your space exclusively for the duration of the course. We will not give your space to any other participants. On this basis, we do not offer refunds for course fees.

Children:

Some sessions on our timetable allow you to bring your child. Book a child space in our class booking app to secure a space for your child to sit safely within your view.

Children are welcome in our studio between the hours of 9am and 3pm, Monday - Friday. If you wish to bring your child outside of these times, this is at the discretion of the trainer. Children under 8 years old are strictly not to be brought to the studio after 5pm. Older children may sit safely in the designated seated area, away from the exercise area.

If you are bringing your child with you to a session, please note that if they become upset and you are unable to settle them, we ask you to attend to their needs as a priority, and this may mean that your session will end if your child is inconsolable or not behaving safely.

Please ensure that you clean up any food, sick or baby accidents and take all nappies home to dispose of.

Children are not to touch any equipment in the studio.

Children are your responsibility at all times during your session, please ensure you keep them safe at all times.

If your children are unwell, please keep them at home, in order to prevent the spread of viruses and infection.

If your child has experienced diarrhea or vomiting, please do not bring them to the studio until 48 hours has passed since their last episode. We reserve the right to cancel any sessions with you if you bring your sick child to the studio.
Film Footage and Photographs:
Occasionally we film or photograph classes for marketing purposes, in order to raise the profile of the good work we do. If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please ensure you tell us during the session - filming in a private facility is not against British Law
