Studio 41 is different to regular gyms, a welcoming  and friendly atmosphere,  with no mainstream equipment in sight.  We use functional exercise equipment, such as kettlebells, bulgarian bags, battleropes, ViPR, slam balls, TRX and more.  This exercise environment is the perfect place to teach your body to move the way it is designed.

 

You can choose a combination of classes, personal training sessions or mix it up to suit your needs.

We are located in the Ground Floor Suite of BMS House on Stroudley Road, opposite the Basepoint Business Centre, conveniently off Wade Road in Basingstoke, close to Chineham, Lychpit and Old Basing.

 

Free parking is available on much of Stroudley Road.  During busy times you might find it easier to park across the road within the public car park at Baseppoint Business Centre.  60 mins free parking is available after which parking fees apply.
